Please provide your name and phone number. A GiantLion Representative
will contact you via telephone to discuss payment options.
Step 2 - Case Opening and Information Gathering
Once you have payed the consultation fee, a packet of information that includes a questionnaire about your current situation and educational materials will be sent to you via email. The questionnare will help the GL Representative assess your immediate needs for quicker response.
Step 3 - Initial Contact by GL Representative
A Certified GiantLion Representative will contact you by phone to discuss your current situation and discuss new information that will be needed, next steps and options.
Step 4 - Making Money-Saving Decisions
Once you have completed gathering the relevant information, you will discuss the information and home loan options with your GiantLion Representative. This will guide you in making the right decisions and help protect you from costly mistakes and misinformation.
Step 5 - Close the Case
Once you have completed the loan process and have closed on your home, a GiantLion Representative will contact you to discuss the process and determine if the case was handled correctly and to your satisfaction.
